Javier Llanes is both an award-winning tennis player and tennis pro. Javier developed and fine tuned the 360 Athlete Protocol based upon countless hours of experience in producing superior athletes.
Chicagoland Baseball Academy is owned and operated by Bill Rosencrans. Bill was a high school head baseball coach and Special Education teacher before venturing into private business. After graduating from Illinois State University Bill spent 7 years as a teacher and assistant coach at Mundelein High School and earned a masters degree from St. Xavier University. While he was at Mundelein he was part of a program that finished 4th in state, won 5 regional championships, and sent numerous players to play baseball in college.
Bill left Mundelein in 2008 to become the head baseball coach at Lakes High School. During his tenure at Lakes High School they won their division for the first time in school history in back to back years while also winning a total of 46 games.
After leaving Lakes in 2010, Bill spent time at Fastball USA where he worked with and learned from Mike Ryan. Located in Schaumburg, Fastball is cutting edge and well known for creating 90 MPH baseball players with their Explosive Hitting and Black Belt Pitching programs.
During this time Bill coached at the feeder , freshman, sophomore, varsity and American Legion level.

Coach Dimitri Panoutsos attended high school at Notre Dame College Prep where he played 3 years of baseball. Throughout elementary school and high school he played for travel teams such as Edgebrook Thunder, Wildwood Titans and Frozen Ropes. Last year he coached in the NSYBA spring league for the Edgebrook Angels and also won their house league championship. He currently is a sophomore at DePaul University majoring in accounting.

Eric has been with CBA since November 2014. As a player, at Lakes Community High School in 2008 and 2009, Eric was a two time NSC All Conference and Lake County All Area selection along with being named the team's offensive MVP both years on varsity. In 2011 Eric played at the College of Lake County on a baseball scholarship. As a member of the Eureka College Red Devils (2012-2013), Eric was named to the St. Louis Intercollegiate Athletic Conference's (SLIAC) All Conference Team.
Along with this playing experience, Eric is currently serving as the head coach of the 19U Lake Villa Cyclones, an American Legion Baseball that he founded in 2012. He also has been working for the Bulls Whitesox Academy for the past 8 summers conducting area baseball camps. In the spring of 2014 he served as an assistant baseball coach at Eureka College in Eureka, IL. He is currently serving as the assistant freshmen baseball coach at Lakes Community High School. Along with coaching, he is an IHSA patched umpire and has been umpiring travel and high school baseball games all throughout the Lake County area for the past 8 years. Lastly Eric is currently an 8th grade special education teacher at Woodland Middle School.

I am a Physical/Health Education teacher on the West side for Chicago Public Schools. I teach both baseball and softball lessons at the elementary level and have experience coaching both baseball and softball for Austin High School. I teach and coach many sports, but Baseball is a passion that I love to help others learn from.
10U Head Coach
Al Kolbe has been with CBA since 2015. He is a passionate baseball player and coach. He has played in multiple top leagues and tournaments in his youth, he went on to play in highschool where he was awarded a baseball scholarship.
Al continues to pursue his passion by coaching his children's teams with a focus on fundamental development, understanding the rules, teamwork and to enjoy the game. He also is still active in the 16" softball community, playing/managing his softball team of 25 years, (and counting!). They have won dozens of championships and
he was a 2014 ASA A Nationals Champion.
